Let Your Kids Have the BEST Start to life!

July 19, 2019

As a parent, we all want the best for our kids. Although sometimes, as a new parent, we can feel nervous and unsure of ourselves. These are  things, that are important to me that you may not be aware about.

Firstly, babies, especially newborns are sooo delicate both inside and out. If we want their little bodies to grow up strong, please try not to upset their sensitive bodies with anything synthetic or foreign. They should be as natural as possible, the way nature intended.

These items are high on my list of toxic chemicals: Laundry Detergent, Dishwashing Liquid, Cleaning Products, Hand Sanitiser, Body Lotion, Toothpaste, Sunscreen, Shampoo/Conditioner, Wet wipes & Baby Powder.  As most of these items sold in the supermarket and pharmacies have all the toxic chemicals listed above. Things that we use daily, and slowly poisoning ourselves.  I use doTERRA products to reduce my toxins, knowing it’s good for my family.

DoTERRA Essential oils can be used for almost all of your everyday health concerns without needing to use synthetic chemicals and medication. Such as: Calming, Sleep, Digestion, Crying, Teething, Skin, Immune System, Clear Breathing, Sooth Tummy, Healing, Sore Muscles, Bumps, Bruises, Milk Production and much much more.

Adding a routine into your lives can help you stay organised, sane and have improved sleep! Having a routine definitely saved me from the post baby blues.

And lastly, remember that not only do our babies inherit our physical genes, they also inherit our emotional ones too.  They’re sensitive little beings that can absorb your stress and anxiety too.  So calm down, take a chill pill, or smell some oils and know that you’re doing great because you care!
