I am currently addicted to Blue Tansy! I am love love loving this oil 😍. I first received this bottle about a month ago with no idea how I’m going to use it, just that I had to have it because I don’t own one yet. I understand that it is like the chamomile family which is very calming and soothing which is why it is included in the Soothing Blend.
Chamazulene, a chemical component in Blue Tansy, provides the characteristic indigo color and is recognized for its skin soothing benefits. At the same time, the main chemical component Sabinene helps diminish the appearance of blemishes.
I took my bottle out, had a sniff and thought yeh it smells ok. However, when I put a couple of drops in my diffuser, WOW did it smell good! It smelt so sweet and uplifting. It smelt so good to me that I kept my face over the diffuser to inhale it more deeply haha. It made me feel so peaceful, calmer and less frazzled. Much needed during this time of year. So it smells good, and it’s great for the skin. Although, it can leave the skin a little blue for a while so I don’t recommend you putting it on your face before going out : )
I researched some more about this yummy oil and realised why I liked it so much. It is the Oil of Inspired Action. After stressful months of caring for my parents, it left me drained, uninspired and self sabotaging. Smelling Blue Tansy gave me a kick in the butt to get up, look after myself, and keep progressing to reclaim the life I want. It inspires me to turn my passion into action! Try it out!
