Reduce Swelling, Flare ups & Discomforts in Joints

My Dad sometimes suffers from Gout which is kind of like Arthritis which is a painful swelling/inflammation. So I’m making him this upgraded blend to help with discomforts, flare ups and swelling. ✌️ 

Swelling Blend:

In a 10ml roll on:

  • 25 Drops of Copaiba
  • 7 Drops of Tumeric
  • 7 Drops of Lemongrass 
  • 4 Drops of Pink Pepper
  • Fill up with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Application:

Apply every hour when it has flared up. Or apply 2-3 times a day for maintenance. Pair this with Zendocrine Softgels 1-2 3 times a day.

You can also take a couple drops of Copaiba, Lemongrass and Tumeric in a veggie capsule 2-3 times a day as well.  Taking the Life Long Vitality Supplements daily is recommended for overall health.

Inflammation is generally a fungal (candida) issue, where the fungus is overrunning the gut flora. Consider the 30-day cleanse (a few times) for a healthy gut for less flare ups.

These oils all help with swelling and can help reduce the discomforts in the joints,  However, this is just a temporary fix.  For a more permanent change, regular detoxes are needed as well as a diet change.

 

Foods to Avoid:

  • Beer and grain liquors (like vodka and whiskey)
  • Red meat, lamb, and pork
  • Organ meats, such as liver, kidneys, and sweetbreads (thymus or the pancreas)
  • Seafood, especially shellfish like shrimp, lobster, mussels, anchovies, and sardines
  • High-fructose (sugary) products like soda and some juices, cereal, ice cream, candy, and fast food
