My Dad sometimes suffers from Gout which is kind of like Arthritis which is a painful swelling/inflammation. So I’m making him this upgraded blend to help with discomforts, flare ups and swelling. ✌️
Swelling Blend:
In a 10ml roll on:
- 25 Drops of Copaiba
- 7 Drops of Tumeric
- 7 Drops of Lemongrass
- 4 Drops of Pink Pepper
- Fill up with Fractionated Coconut Oil
Application:
Apply every hour when it has flared up. Or apply 2-3 times a day for maintenance. Pair this with Zendocrine Softgels 1-2 3 times a day.
You can also take a couple drops of Copaiba, Lemongrass and Tumeric in a veggie capsule 2-3 times a day as well. Taking the Life Long Vitality Supplements daily is recommended for overall health.

Foods to Avoid:
- Beer and grain liquors (like vodka and whiskey)
- Red meat, lamb, and pork
- Organ meats, such as liver, kidneys, and sweetbreads (thymus or the pancreas)
- Seafood, especially shellfish like shrimp, lobster, mussels, anchovies, and sardines
- High-fructose (sugary) products like soda and some juices, cereal, ice cream, candy, and fast food
