Since I decided to get rid of all my harmful, toxic, mainstream makeup, I needed to find a nice night time lip colour. I chose this Bite Beauty Lip crayon because I love matte colours and also the fact that it can be used as a lip pencil that has a sharpener on the bottom. I’m all for convenience! I rarely wear lipstick, but when I do, it’s usually very nude. This colour Brandy, was well, BAM! Hello M’am! It’s a medium dark raspberry colour. Kind of like a red-y slightly purply colour. It’s quite smooth and easy to apply but you do need steady hands to draw it just right! I love the colour and it’s not too dry considering it’s matte. I find matte lipsticks tend to be a bit dry but this is quite normal, not dry but not too moist either. Lots of thumbs up for me!
VAPOUR ORGANIC BEAUTY Siren Lipstick- Coquette
I bought a sample size of this to try. There are so many types of reds out there and I’m not sure what colour I suit. Coquette is actually lighter and not as pink as in the picture. It’s more like a light red that’s slightly pinkish. I’m not really a fan of this colour however, with all Siren Lipsticks, I love the texture. It’s smooth, moisturising, creamy and smells like fruits. Very yummy. I love these lipsticks, but the colour is not quite right for me. Tempt colour is still my favourite pink nude day-time lippy so far, but I’m definitely up for trying other colours.
