Thinking of switching to alkaline water?
It’s not really often that we stop and think about the water we’re drinking. If the water is provided for us through our water system, then it must be safe. Right? Wrong! Safe… safe is really relative. If we’re talking about safe as in, not going to kill us, then yes it’s safe. However, do you realise that our water contains fluoride, chlorine and other kinds of heavy metals which, are all neurotoxins, meaning they are hella bad for our brains and body.
